This Ramadan, TATEL Dubai invites guests to experience a flavourful sharing menu, designed for togetherness, served with the warmth and charm of Spanish hospitality. For AED 275 per person, diners can celebrate the holy month in the restaurant’s sophisticated dining room or out on the elegant and serene terrace in the heart of Downtown Dubai.
The all-day set menu begins with small bites, including hummus and mutabal, a mix of nuts and dates, and Spanish cheese and cold cuts alongside a selection of breads and sauces. Following this, a variety of sharing starters will be served, featuring vegetables and cream with croutons, quinoa salad with feta cheese, walnuts and tomato, Spanish chicken croquettes, tortilla with truffle, patatas bravas, and meatballs with mashed potato and truffle. Each guest can choose from delicious mains, including chicken terrine with truffle and apricot jam, grilled sea bass served with tomato tartar and paprika mashed potato, cannelloni filled with seasonal vegetables, bechamel sauce and Manchego cheese, or roasted lamb shank with puntalette pasta. The meal concludes on a sweet note with dates cake served with toffee and vanilla ice cream, as well as TATEL Dubai’s famous cheesecake.
The iconic Spanish dining destination has also prepared a trio of Ramadan-inspired mocktails, including Dates Colada, a velvety blend of milk infused with fresh dates, lemon and pineapple juices, coco fruit purée and natural date purée; Mango Cooler, combining homemade mango purée with yogurt, lemon juice, cardamom syrup and red apple juice; and the Strawberry Zaatar Mule, which brings together strawberry nectar, fragrant zaatar, lime juice and natural honey, topped with ginger ale for a refreshing finish.
Group bookings are also welcome, with a special rate of AED 225 per person for groups of 30 or more guests.
