FOUR YEARS AT THE TABLE: LA MAISON ANI CELEBRATES ITS ANNIVERSARY

Four years ago, La Maison Ani opened its doors at the heart of Dubai Mall and quietly changed the way this city understood French dining. What began as Chef Izu Ani’s love letter to French savoir-faire has since become one of Dubai’s most cherished addresses, a home, in the truest sense, for those who believe that a meal is always worth the occasion. On May 9th, La Maison Ani marks its fourth anniversary with a celebration as considered and generous as the house itself.

The Cake

No birthday is complete without one, and at La Maison Ani, this one is made entirely in-house. The anniversary cake reinterprets the strawberry market crate, a quiet nod to the early days in France, to mornings spent between neighbourhood boulangeries and market stalls, where everything began.

Inside, a Fraisier, layers of strawberry and vanilla, crafted by the pastry kitchen with the same devotion that fills the boulangerie each morning.

Chef Izu Ani will be present to mark the occasion, as the cake is unveiled and shared across the room, with each table invited to enjoy a slice. A simple, generous gesture, with that unmistakably French sense of attention that defines La Maison Ani.

The Limited-Edition Izu Burger with Truffle

To mark the occasion further, La Maison Ani introduces a limited-edition Izu Burger that has been quietly anticipated. Available at La Maison Ani for three days only, May 8th, 9th, and 10th, the burger combines Wagyu beef with Brie cheese, tartare, truffle mayo, homemade barbecue sauce, and fresh truffle, served in a baguette. priced at AED 250, it is a familiar favourite, revisited with just enough indulgence to make it part of the celebration.

The Giveaway

Guests dining over the anniversary weekend will have the chance to enter an exclusive La Maison Ani giveaway, with two lucky winners each taking home an AED 500 La Maison Ani voucher, to be spent exactly as they see fit. Entry forms will be available at the table throughout the celebration.

Four years of shared tables, from early mornings to evenings that linger a little longer than expected. This celebration belongs as much to the guests who shaped La Maison Ani as it does to the house itself.
