Inspired by the beauty of golden hour, KIRA at Marsa Al Arab introduces Sunset to Share, a thoughtfully curated early evening dining experience, available daily 5pm to 7pm. Priced at AED 355 per person, guests can elevate their evening with a two-hour free-flow choice of beers, wines, Prosecco, and selection of cocktails & mocktails for AED 250 per person.
Designed for relaxed gatherings and sunset dining, Sunset to Share presents a selection of KIRA’s signature dishes in a sharing-style format for a minimum of two guests, bringing together Japanese precision and Mediterranean warmth in an effortlessly sophisticated setting.
Guests can begin with a selection of cold starters including the Avocado & Edamame Salad with mixed greens and white balsamic dressing, Salmon Sashimi drizzled with shiso and hazelnut vinaigrette, and Japanese Wagyu Tartare served with sesame dressing and soft miso buns. The experience continues with comforting hot starters such as Patata Brava with yuzu aioli and bonito flakes, alongside Wagyu Ragu Gyoza paired with a Cacio e Pepe dip, bringing depth and richness to the early evening table.
For the main course, highlights include the signature Cacio e Pepe Rigatoni finished with a balanced pepper blend and pecorino, Angus Tenderloin accompanied with miso brown butter, and Harissa Prawns with ponzu and lemon, offering a beautiful balance of bold and delicate flavours. Sides of French Fries with Mediterranean salt and Charred Broccolini with citrus dressing complete the experience.
To conclude on a sweet note, guests can enjoy Kokuto Crème Caramel with Granny Smith mille-feuille, or KIRA Chocolate Mousse infused with yuzu olive oil and sea salt.
To complement the menu, the optional two-hour free-flow beverage pairing features a selection of beer, Prosecco, rosé & white wine, as well as refreshing mocktails and cocktails such as Yuzu Vespa stirred with elderflower, limoncello and homemade shiso soda, well as A-Kira, shaken with grilled pistachio distillate, white cacao, almond, Ume-shu, Supasawa and yuzu green tea.
