1) Max: Rate & Restriction Cloning
What’s New?
You can now clone rates and restrictions directly from one connected channel to another within Max, making it easier to maintain consistent pricing across all distribution channels.

- Consistent pricing – Keep your rates aligned across mapped channels
- Efficiency – Save time by avoiding manual updates across channels
- Flexibility – Choose exactly which rates, restrictions, and channels to apply
Where to Find It
Tools Menu → Clone Rates & Restrictions
How It Works
- Select data to clone: Rates, Restrictions, or Both
- Select Source Channel
- Select Target Channel
- Choose date range (optional)
You can select and match the corresponding room types and rate plans between the source and target channels, ensuring the correct data is copied to the right configuration.
Additional Notes
- Works with manual rates and restrictions only
- Dynamic rates are not cloned unless overriding manual targets
- Supports occupancy matching logic where source and target differ
- Auto‑linking helps streamline selection across room types

2) Max: Availability & Rates – Room Search – Filter by Linked Room Type
What’s New?
The Room Search filter now supports filtering by linked room types, giving you more precise control within the Availability & Rates calendar.
How It Works
- Selecting a parent room type automatically selects all linked room types
- You can deselect the parent and view linked room types individually

- More control over how data is displayed

3) Max: Import Inventory and Import Rates – Upload Throttling
What’s New?
A mandatory wait period between uploads has been introduced to ensure smoother and more reliable file processing.
What to Expect
- A wait time is enforced between consecutive uploads
- Upload requirement is clearly indicated in the module
- Early uploads will be rejected with a notification to retry later

- Prevents system congestion
- Improves processing reliability
- Reduces upload errors and duplicate submissions
4) Max: Revenue Management – Matrix Revenue Control – Processing Logic

- Slab change detected → Updates sent for all room types and rate plans
- No slab change → Only a single rate plan update is sent
