PULLMAN DUBAI JLT CONTINUES PRODUCT EVOLUTION WITH NEW F&B ADDITION AND MAJOR ENHANCEMENTS

Pullman Dubai JLT is building on its extensive transformation with a new phase of product development, including the arrival of established dining brand Maison Mathis, alongside planned enhancements to the hotel’s meetings and events facilities and guest rooms.

Following its lobby relaunch last year, the hotel is continuing to invest in its product and guest experience, with the next wave of developments set to roll out across the property in 2027. The programme will introduce a new F&B destination while further evolving the hotel’s public spaces, MICE offering and accommodation.

The transformation is already evident across the hotel’s arrival experience. The refreshed lobby and Social Hub have created a more contemporary and flexible environment designed around the changing ways guests work, meet and connect. The hotel has increased its co-working capacity from approximately 12 seats to more than 40, providing greater flexibility for informal meetings, remote working and social interaction.

The F&B offering has also been refreshed with the introduction of Café 1859, replacing the former lobby outlet. Located within the lobby, the café brings a new coffee-led experience to the heart of the hotel, catering to guests and the wider JLT community throughout the day, from morning coffee, mouth-watering pastries and informal meetings to casual social occasions.

Maison Mathis brings its third Dubai outlet to Pullman Dubai JLT

The next major addition to the hotel’s F&B portfolio will be Maison Mathis, with its third Dubai outlet scheduled to open at Pullman Dubai JLT in Q2 2027.

An established European dining brand, Maison Mathis has already developed a presence in Dubai with its existing outlets in Arabian Ranches and at The Palm. Its expansion to Pullman Dubai JLT will introduce the brand to Jumeirah Lakes Towers, adding an established dining name to the hotel’s evolving F&B portfolio.

The new outlet will offer an additional all-day dining destination for hotel guests, residents, professionals and visitors to the area, complementing Pullman Dubai JLT’s existing restaurant and café offering.

For the hotel, the addition represents an opportunity to further strengthen its connection with the surrounding community by bringing in a recognised dining brand with an established presence in the Dubai market.

Sushanth Nambiar, General Manager of Pullman Dubai JLT, said:
“Our transformation in 2025 gave Pullman Dubai JLT a strong new foundation, and we are continuing to build on that momentum. The next stage is about thoughtfully evolving the experience across the property, from F&B and social spaces to meetings, events and accommodation. Maison Mathis is an exciting addition to our offering, while our upcoming enhancements will allow us to further strengthen the experience for both our guests and the wider JLT community.”

Further enhancements across meetings, events and accommodation

The hotel’s development programme will extend beyond F&B, with its meeting and event floor and guest rooms planned for renovation as part of the next phase of investment.

The meeting and event floor will be reimagined to provide more contemporary, flexible and technology-enabled spaces, supporting a broader range of corporate meetings, conferences, celebrations and events. The enhancements will focus on creating spaces that can adapt to different event formats while improving the overall experience for organisers and delegates.

The guest rooms will also undergo renovation, further extending the hotel’s recent transformation into the accommodation experience. The planned enhancements will bring the rooms in line with the refreshed public areas and support a more cohesive experience across the property. All complimenting the new brand identity for Pullman as a brand.

The developments will be phased as part of the hotel’s wider investment programme, with further details on the individual projects to be announced as they progress.

Continuing the evolution

The latest developments reflect Pullman Dubai JLT’s broader approach to continually evolving its product in response to the needs of both travellers and the local community.

Situated within Jumeirah Lakes Towers, the hotel operates at the intersection of business, residential and leisure audiences. Its ongoing investment is therefore focused on creating a property that serves different purposes throughout the day, from coffee and casual meetings to dining, social occasions, corporate events and overnight stays.

With the refreshed lobby and Social Hub already establishing a new foundation, Café 1859 adding to the hotel’s daytime offering, and Maison Mathis, renewed event spaces and upgraded accommodation on the horizon, Pullman Dubai JLT is continuing to build a more connected and contemporary hotel experience.

The next chapter is not simply about refreshing individual spaces, but about creating a property that evolves with the way Dubai’s guests, residents and businesses work, dine, meet and connect.
