The real deliciousness happens when the herbs and spices get up close and personal in the fridge and have time to soften and amplify the flavors. Trust me, it’s exponentially better if you let it chill in the fridge overnight. It’s science. Delicious, edible science!

Delicious Dippers to serve with cucumber dip
Of course the name is a dead giveaway that you should be prepared to scarf copious amounts of cucumber with this dip! I like using english cucumbers or the smaller persian cucumbers because they have less and smaller seeds, but any cucumber you enjoy will work great! Leave the skin on for extra fiber or peel the cucumbers first (great for picky friends and family members) and get ready to faceplant!
Here are some other dippers that taste amazing with this chilled cuke dip:
- ruffles potato chips
- assorted crackers
- pretzels
- pita chips
- carrots
- bell pepper slices
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- celery sticks
- cherry tomatoes
- radish slices
- and so much more!
