This quick and easy peanut sauce can be made in just minutes and makes a delicious sauce, dip, or dressing for noodles, salads, veggies, spring rolls, stir fry, and more!

I think it’s time my go-to peanut sauce got it’s own blog post!
It’s the type of flavorful, finger-licking sauce that can take almost any dish to the next level.
Drizzle it over noodles, serve it as a delish dipping sauce for spring rolls, or add it to your favorite Thai-inspired salad! I’ve added it to noodle bowls, stir fry, and rice bowls and love it every which way.
With its perfect balance of salty, sweet, and savory umami flavors, it’s incredibly versatile and easy to whip up with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.

“My husband loved the dressing. Nothing wrong with a little peanut butter to get your kid to eat his daily serving of vegetables. I loved it and shared it with my sister already!” – Kristin

I’ve used it with cucumber noodles, carrot noodles, and zucchini noodles too. Add your favorite sauteed vegetables and you have yourself a delicious meal.
Stir fry
Peanut sauce is fantastic with stir fry! Add it to my Vegetable Stir Fry Noodles or Shrimp Stir Fry with Ramen Noodles or use your go-to stir fry recipe. You can mix and match the vegetables and protein options for a totally custom bowl that’s filling and flavorful.
