Lopesan Hotel Group Opens Bookings for Three New Punta Cana Resorts

Lopesan Hotel Group has announced that bookings are now open for three new resorts in Punta Cana—Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort, Spa & Casino, Lopesan Serenity Bay, and Lopesan Splash Cove—with openings scheduled for late spring 2026.

Lopesan Hotel Group has opened reservations for three new resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The properties—Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort, Spa & Casino, Lopesan Serenity Bay, and Lopesan Splash Cove—are scheduled to open in late spring 2026. 

Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort, Spa & Casino will feature cenote-inspired pools, lagoons, and landscaped gardens. The resort will offer amenities including the Vela Beach Club Pool, Wave Pool, Aquatica Waterpark, and private beach access. Wellness facilities at the property will include a 16,000-square-foot spa with 31 treatment rooms and fitness areas. The resort will also provide event and group facilities, including the Lopesan Convention Center, which will offer flexible spaces for meetings, weddings, and social gatherings. The Boulevard, a walkable open-air promenade, will serve as a central gathering place for guests of Lopesan Caoba Lagoon, Lopesan Serenity Bay, Lopesan Splash Cove, and Lopesan Costa Bávaro, with dining, bars, and entertainment venues.

Lopesan Serenity Bay is designed as an adults-only resort and will contain 239 suites in a single building. Guests at Serenity Bay will have access to entertainment options across the complex, including an 820-seat theater, a nightclub, and a casino. Dining options exclusive to Serenity Bay will include Enclave (à la carte), The Garden (buffet), and Calma Bar (pool bar).

Lopesan Splash Cove is designed for families and multigenerational travelers and will offer 244 rooms in a five-story building surrounded by gardens. The resort will feature five pools, including a children’s pool, as well as lounging areas and spaces for entertainment and sports. The beach is located approximately 720 meters from the resort and is accessible to guests.
