Channel Manager Update

1) Max – Base Level Stop Sell 

How It Works  

• Applying a base stop sell automatically applies a channel-level stop sell.

• Properties can remove stop sell for a specific channel, room type, or rate plan by clearing the channel-level stop sell.
• When this is cleared:
  • The base stop sell is removed for that room type.
  • The base rate cell is no longer highlighted.
  • Other linked rate plans remain on stop sell unless manually removed. 
• Reapplying a base stop sell will override previous changes and reapply stop sell across channels. 

2) Max – Bulk Update Tool – Management of Zero Rates via Bulk Update Tool

We’ve updated how zero rates are handled in the MAX Bulk Update Tool to reduce the risk of unintended pricing errors. 

What’s changed? 

• Earlier:
  When a zero rate was detected, users received an alert and could choose to override it and continue with the update.

• Now:
  If a zero rate is identified, the system will display a warning and block the update. Users can no longer proceed until the zero rate is corrected. 

This enhancement ensures greater pricing accuracy and helps prevent accidental zero-rate updates across inventory.

We’ve rolled out a refreshed navigation experience designed to make everyday actions quicker and more intuitive.

• Streamlined Navigation: A new multi-column dropdown menu from the main navigation bar for faster access to key modules.
