1) Max – Property Feedback Feature

What’s New?

The guest feedback experience in Max has been enhanced to provide a more structured and consistent way to capture user feedback.

Feedback surveys are automatically triggered 30 days after a listing is created and appear shortly after login within the Max interface. Users can submit a rating along with optional comments, and responses can be updated before submission.

If a survey is dismissed, it will reappear after a set period to ensure feedback is still captured.

STAAH Max – Guest Feedback Feature Where to Access
Surveys will appear directly within the Max platform after login. No setup is required.

Why It Matters

  • Structured feedback: Capture consistent, actionable insights from users
  • Better follow-up: Built-in reappearance ensures feedback is not missed
  • Seamless experience: No change to existing workflows or processes

2) Max – Sentiments

What’s New?

Introducing Sentiments — a lightweight feedback tool built directly into Max.

Sentiments allows customers to share feedback within the modules they use most. Users can submit a star rating along with optional remarks, giving direct insight into their experience while using the platform.

STAAH Max – Sentiments

This enables more contextual feedback collection without requiring external surveys or tools.

Why It Matters

  • Real-time feedback: Capture insights directly within workflows
  • Better prioritisation: Identify areas of improvement based on actual user sentiment
  • Frictionless experience: No need for external feedback forms

3) Max – Bookings Module – Stay Date Filter

What’s New?

A new search filter allows customers to refine bookings based on stay dates.

This adds to the existing date range filters. The system returns all bookings where guests are staying on the selected date, regardless of arrival or departure.

Why It Matters

You can now view a summary of bookings contributing to the Total Booked value.

Located in Availability & Rates → Total Booked rule, clicking the value shows a consolidated summary of bookings with key details. Full booking details are accessible via the action column.
