Viceroy Hotels & Resorts Expands Leadership Team with New Hires

Viceroy Hotels & Resorts has appointed four executives to its global leadership team, including roles in commercial operations, sales, marketing, and food and beverage.

Viceroy Hotels & Resorts has announced the addition of four new executives to its leadership team. The appointments include Patrick Pahlke as Chief Commercial Officer, David Solis as Vice President of Global Luxury and Leisure Sales, Megan Mulholland as Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing & Wellness, and Shel Buhler as Vice President of Food & Beverage.

Patrick Pahlke joins Viceroy with over 30 years of experience in commercial strategy and brand development. His previous roles include serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Sage Hospitality Group and holding leadership positions at Hyatt International, Two Roads Hospitality, and Proper Hospitality.

David Solis, with more than 20 years in luxury travel sales, has held leadership roles at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Virtuoso, EDITION Hotels, and Kerzner International. He will oversee Viceroy’s global luxury and leisure sales strategy.

Megan Mulholland brings extensive experience in brand strategy and marketing, having worked with THE WELL and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. She will manage Viceroy’s marketing, creative direction, partnerships, and wellness initiatives.

Shel Buhler, with nearly two decades of experience in brand development and food and beverage operations, previously served as Head of Brand Strategy & Communications for Aparium Hotels. At Viceroy, she will oversee food and beverage operations.

These appointments come as Viceroy continues its expansion, following recent openings and upcoming projects across the United States, Africa, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
