The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert announced an exclusive partnership with Emirati perfume house, The Scent Library, introducing a first-of-its-kind fragrance experience within a luxury resort. The Scent Library was founded in Ras Al Khaimah by Emirati perfumer Saeed Al Nuaimi, and the brand’s origins are deeply rooted in the emirate’s landscape and cultural heritage. Available from May to 30th September 2026, the collaboration is rooted in heritage and craftsmanship, reimagining fragrance as an immersive cultural experience—one that reflects the spirit of the Emirates through scent, ritual, and storytelling.
More than a traditional fragrance activation, the experience unfolds across the resort as a curated sensory journey. Within the resort, a dedicated perfumery space invites exploration of raw materials and the art of scent creation, while a private in-villa experience offers an intimate opportunity to craft a bespoke fragrance alongside a master perfumer. At the heart of the collaboration lies a strong connection to Ras Al Khaimah’s natural landscape. Ingredients such as Emirati rose, moringa, sidr, and oud are presented not only as scent notes, but as elements of a wider narrative rooted in the land.

The Sensory Retreat

The package includes a minimum one‑night stay in a private pool villa, daily breakfast and dinner, access to the Rainforest spa, and a signature The Scent Library fragrance experience. Guests are invited to begin their days with unhurried mornings, immerse themselves in a fragrance journey rooted in Emirati storytelling and craftsmanship, and unwind in the tranquil embrace of the desert landscape. Each guest receives a bespoke 50ml fragrance, custom-labelled and accompanied by a certificate of creation, marking a lasting connection to the experience.
